The Castle Rock Industrial Warehouse project, situated in the Meadows master-planned community just south of Denver, features two 80,000-square-foot industrial warehouses built using tilt-up construction. RMG Engineers leveraged its expertise in this efficient and cost-effective method, overseeing a range of critical tasks. Our team observed the placement and testing of moisture conditioned and compacted fill to prepare the site for construction.  We conducted thorough inspections of reinforced concrete installations for foundation elements, slabs-on-grade, and all tilt-up wall panels. We observed and tested concrete placement throughout all of the phases of construction and confirmed the use of the required concrete mix designs.  Additionally, we conducted inspections and testing for curbs, gutters, storm drain structures, manholes, and asphalt paving.
