Structural - Engineer in Training (EIT)
$65,500 - $80,000 a year - Full-time
Perform structural engineering analyses and designs for commercial and residential projects under the direct supervision and PE seal of a licensed engineer.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, project scopes, and technical proposals.
Conduct site visits and field observations to support construction administration, special inspections, and quality assurance.
Colorado Springs, CO - Hybrid workProfessional Engineer - Structural (Commercial/Residential)
$85,000 - $100,000 a year
Lead structural engineering design and analysis on commercial and residential projects, exercising independent professional judgment.
Prepare, review, and seal structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports as Engineer of Record (EOR)
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget in coordination with the Structural Department Director and project stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff engineers, interns, and support staff.

Construction Materials Testing Technician
$19 - $24 per hour
As a CMT Technician, you will help ensure public safety by traveling to construction sites to inspect the contractor's work. You will be performing basic field soil and concrete tests under the direction of other RMG technicians or engineering professionals to verify the work being performed is following the project specifications. With minimal paperwork involved, all inspections/observations and test data are input on tablets in the field for transmittal to our office for report preparation and review.
Performing field testing of soil, asphalt, masonry, and concrete materials.
Observing construction progress on earthwork, reinforcing steel (rebar) installation, asphalt placement, drains, etc.
Preparing detailed and complete field reports with all relevant test results and inspections/observations provided
